Hi, 

In the ODOO main dashboard, when trying to open POS, I will sometimes get the following error (I say Sometimes, because it seems random - at certain times it will work and other times I will get the error)

ODOO Warning -Access Error

The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator

(Document type: res.user, Operation: read)


Some Additional Info:

* The error does not appear when I use my ODOO super admin account

* It appears for all other users

* It seems to be completely Random. Some Days it works the entire day without a problem. Sometimes it works in the morning and then when my sales person wants to close the session in the evening then he cant becuase he gets this error.

Seems like the access error, you have to check whether you have given the proper access rights for sales persons.

As I have mentioned This happens at random times, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, The rights are not being changed, so why does it work sometimes if the access rights are not correct?

How many pos sessions are you using and what about the users assigned to them

Hi,

Only One POS. At the times of the Error, no one can open the POS app except the super admin user.

ensure the user has enough access rights to journals, fiscal position, payment methods and invoicing

If the access rights are not set correctly, then why would it work sometimes and then sometimes not?

error raies when you are trying to read, write, delete,create the related model

Ive gone to Settings -> Technical -> Access control and enabled full rights for all POS related settings and still getting the Error.
