Hi,
As you know, odoo provides shipping integration with a few popular carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. It may not have builtin integration with local carriers in the Philippines.
But the flexibility of odoo allows you to create custom shipping integrations or even you can check third-party modules from the odoo app store also.
