I was wondering if anyone experienced an outage this morning? Our Odoo was down for about 4 hours. Is this something that happens a lot? We are a start up company and new to Odoo's ways.

Are you using Odoo online or talking about the Odoo installed in your own server or in a local machine ? If it's installed in your own server or locally and it was down, it's your fault or mistake. The issue might be some error in the custom code or lack of proper configuration
