The price list of your company A is associated with company A so if you go into the second company it will not allow you to use the price list of company A to company B if you want to check then you can select both companies and check this user error is not visible. so in short for both companies, the price-list is managed separately.If you set the empty field on company filed in price-list than it will not raise an issue when you change the company.
