I am new to CloudPepper, and i have multiple instances as for Odoo community and Odoo enterprise, and my question as follows, please guide me to solve this.

1.  I have Odoo 19 community on cloudpepper i need to change this into Odoo 19 enterprise, so how do i that, and how do i migrate data and passed to enterprise.
2.  How do i take database backups, and rollbacks.
