I am intending to create a record 'New Ticket' trigged by email from finance@companydomain.com . Purchaser would send the bill to finance@companydomain.com / create it manually through Odoo, so the information is confidential.
I am intending to utilize Helpdesk as a way to track performance.
Expected behavior:
Only team member of a Helpdesk Team can see the ticket.
Actual behavior:
Everyone can see the tickets if you have access rights as User in Helpdesk.
