Hi,


I appreciate Odoo. Your products is so great and enable many startup to have a proper ERP.

I am intending to create a record 'New Ticket' trigged by email from finance@companydomain.com . Purchaser would send the bill to finance@companydomain.com / create it manually through Odoo, so the information is confidential.


I am intending to utilize Helpdesk as a way to track performance.


Expected behavior:

Only team member of a Helpdesk Team can see the ticket.


Actual behavior:

Everyone can see the tickets if you have access rights as User in Helpdesk.

Hi Jason:

You will need to configure a "Record Rule" on the helpdesk.ticket model to put this restriction in place.
