We have purchased, installed and successfully integrated this connector. We have toggled the imports settings for the products, however the WooCommerce Products section remains blank. The documentation mentions a checkbox for Enable Inventory Sync, but I don't see that anywhere. Does anybody know what the problem may be?

it depends on a lot things. version, connector. first step is to connect seller of connector. maybe there side - bug.
