Ask your account manager in Odoo he/she will allocate a new Partner to your account or you can ask them that you need to manage by odoo directly.

I am actually an Odoo Community partner, and my customer has the Odoo Enterprise 15 version. The question is what should my customer do to disassociate himself from his current Odoo Enterprise partner, without this causing him any harm.
