I have a question regarding Enterprise License.

We are creating a bundle of services for other companies, and one of them is accounting. The accounting part should be done in odoo.  That would be one "multicompany" instance, where every customer would be one company. The customers would not be able to login directly to odoo (so no users for them). But would be logged to our custom made dashboard. That dashboard would then with XMLRPC comunicate with odoo and pull invoices for that customer. It would be mostly read only from the side of the customer. The XMLRPC api would use only one user, because the communication is from our backend to odoo, there is no need to use more then one User.

Is something like this allowed ? If i understand it correctly we would actualy only have to pay for our internal users (that login do odoo and create customer invoices, hande the accounting and so on) but would no have to pay for for "customer users" because they will not touch odoo directly and not have an account there.

Does anybody know more about this case.

Thank you.

You also have the option of defining your "customer users" as "Portal Users" so they can log in through the Customer Portal in Odoo and see their Invoices. Odoo does not charge for "Portal Users".
