Problem:

User clicks on "Pay Now" button after entering payment information for Stripe or Wire Transfer but nothing happens.


Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click "Pay Now" in top left corner of Invoice screen in Portal

    1.  New Payment Option screen opens

  2. Select "STRIPE" (Visa) as Payment Option

  3. Enter VISA information - card number, expiry date, CVC (Security Number)

  4. Click "Pay Now"

    1.  Nothing happens.

    2. Notice image of a lock still closed on "Pay Now" button - indicating not ready for payment.


Solution:

  1. After entering the CVC (Security Number) in Step 3, rather than clicking on "Pay Now", simply hit "ENTER" to submit the data.

This appears to be a bug in the "Pay Now" button itself - it remains locked when it should be unlocked.  Please try using the "ENTER" key - while your cursor is still in the CVC (Security Number) area - to submit.

Answering my own question.  I fought with this for quite a while so I am posting for anyone else having the same issue.
