We're fairly new to 14EE and gradually customising it to our needs. It's mostly going well so far, but we've run in to a few difficulties with the official eBay connector, which does seem to be quite limited in terms of settings.

In our instance, we want the same product images to appear on the Odoo eCommerce site and on eBay (generally one main image and then 2 or 3 extra photographs). I've noted that the eBay connector will only upload photographs which are attachments to the product.template record. This means that staff are having to add the main image to Odoo, add the extra images as attachments, but then also duplicate these under the Extra Product Media on the website tab. 

Can anyone suggest changes we could make to streamline this? 

Separately, we have a two-step route established for delivery orders - one to pick the item (destination is our despatch room) and a second to ship it from the despatch room to the customer (at which point a tracking number is entered from the courier integration). By default, the eBay connector is marking the order as shipped on eBay as soon as the item is picked, rather than when the delivery order is completed (the second stage).

Any advice very welcome!
