Here when I want to backup my database showing this error

Here  /tmp/tmpopddd3pz/ this file do not located in my server inside tmp if I create this file then showing another file error every time its generate a new file. If i try to download only .dump file then the fill will download but when I try to download both filestore and dump together then showing this error. 
Please help.
