Odoo Custom Modules Upgrading

Question

Hello, I am trying to upgrade my custom modules from Odoo 12 to Odoo 16 but found a bunch of errors. Any guide to a successful upgrade, please? I would really appreciate

Just change the version number in the url to see for other versions.
