I know how to add custom fields, but what we are trying to accomplish is the following. We get a lead sent to our inbound Odoo email address. when it arrives, it is from the generic lead email, and in the body/notes of the lead is all of the data we need to map to the appropriate fields. For example, below is what arrives in the log notes and we need to take the name, email, phone, etc., and map to the appropriate contact/lead fields.
