error database client

i am unable to connect my database and once once i login to odoo i get this error
i am not able to access my database event though it is activated.
this is the error that pops up:

UncaughtPromiseError > AbortError

Uncaught Promise > Registration failed - push service error

undefined

please help me in resolving this issue
