hi im facing this problem and i didnt find any workaround for this my guess for why this happen is the number formats for calendar. 

for example if you set a time of 02/10/2017 it work but when you choose persian or arabic language this numbers will change to ۰۲/۱۰/۲۰۱۷ which is i geuss cause the problem how cant i change the number formats?
