I am migrating from tally odoo. While configuring accounting module it shows install a chart of account with available countries. I am in Qatar, and I cant see any accounting module related to Qatar accounting.

You can set up your own Chart of Accounts, if there is no predefined localization available. You can also create a localization for Qatar and make it available to the community.
