Can anybody tell me how to create custom payment method? customers pay by mobile which is their phone number,
I want that to show up on the receipt as well.

Create a journal and make it available in the POS. Then close your POS session and submit accounting entries (if it's not already done), then re-open it. The journal (ie. payment method) will appear in the payment screen of the POS.
