When a user tries to validate an invoice they get a closed cursor error after about the third validation. They log out and then back in again and can do a few more before getting the error. Below are some of my results from trying to narrow down the issue.
Copy of DB on the same server - No issues.
In the test database which is an exact duplicate of production. It's on the exact same server instance and it's using the exact same Odoo code as production. We are able to quickly validate around 20 invoices no problem.
Then we log into production DB and try to validate invoices. We experience the issue where every time we validate an invoice we get the spinning wheel and then a closed cursor error.
The only difference between the two instances is the number of users that are currently accessing the DB.
