If a company made a contract with an insurance company for health and paid for 1 year for all of it's employees

How to records this expense in odoo? Since this is paid upfront, does odoo create a journal every month with the insurance cost (what the company paid / 12)? and how to do that?

\As you figure it out in your case, the upfront payment is a cash issue, whilst the expense recogniton is a P/L issue that is done for every accounting period
