Odoo 15 community issue: would appreciate some help.

The particular email templates I was working with is the User: New rank reached

(the only thing I had done to this template was to remove the "powered by odoo" at the bottom... which now shows again despite not being there.)

I have tried but it doesn't let me past the xml code here.. I have not modified anything except for removing the "powered by odoo" at the bottom

I found out that it was an odoo bug

After much testing I realized that this is an Odoo 15 bug
