hi all,
as I have read and what I understands, odoo server restart required when we have modified / created a Model and/or Security related .csv files then Upgrade of module, but this not required when we modified / created a view related file (form/tree/menuitem), view related files required only Upgrade of module.
please correct me and if there is any other modification/creation required to restart odoo server, please mention.

You are right.
1) If there is any change made in the py file, you need to restart the Odoo server.
2) If there is any change in the py file related to field creation/modification, SQL constraints, added new class/object.
3) If there is any change made in the XML/CSV file, you just need to update the module. You don't need to restart the server.
