We've odoo 13 installed and everything was working fine but suddenly the blocks in the home page all turned red and we can't add any blocks
any idea why this is happening?

Hello Mohamed,
Somehow oe_structure (< div class="oe_structure"/>) class removed from homepage, due to this, all blocks appear red on the home page.
Add < div class="oe_structure"/> tag In the code at the bottom of your homepage or after any section of your page. You will no longer be able to see red marks on the website builder blocks after you add this < div class="oe_structure"/> tag to the homepage.
