I want to install/configure US Charts of Accounts in Odoo 13. From default odoo module l10n_us, I can't find anything. How I can setup US COA? In case, if I want to manage my custom COA as per the requirement of client, how can I do it?

Hi Vivek:
The Accounting module is available in EE only.
However, if you add yourself to the Show Full Accounting Features security group in CE, you will have access to limited accounting features in CE too. Once you add yourself to this group, you will get a Chart of Accounts option if you go to Invoicing > Configuration which you can use to customize the CoA.
Thanks for answer. Now, my concern is I have list of COA for USA. But in odoo 13, from module l1on_us, I can not find any csv file for account.account.template. I don't know that how to configure COA in Odoo. Can you please guide me that how can I configure COA?

You can customize the CoA by going to Invoicing > Configuration > Chart of Accounts.
I didn't understand your question about the csv file.
