POP server:

I send a test RfQ and reply it with my test email. Odoo did not read the mail and did not show any change in the RfQ log "in Odoo system"


IMAP server:

Everything works as expected, when I reply it with my test email. The RfQ log changes " test email send message 'x' " on Odoo system. But, IMAP server read everything including non-Odoo email which is a no no for email unrelated to Odoo.


How do you compromise this? Anyone ever think of a strategy? We haven't use Odoo as our production system but it will be soon.

You should setup a specific catchall email account for Odoo.
