I have Odoo 13 DB that was installed without default COA and Journals, I need to have the default Odoo Chart of account and Journals

Hello,
You can install accounting addons module according to country wise.
For Eg. you can search in App's --> Accounting there you find different country accounting module.chart of After the installation check invoicing module.
