Good Day

I am hoping that the community can tell me why I am getting this error when attempting to import a exported file from "Inventory Adjustments/Inventory/Inventory Lines". The file that I wish to import is a copy of the existing data that I have just exported into xls. The error reads "Unknown error during import: <class 'KeyError'>: 'location_id' at row 2"

Can someone please direct me to a web page that can provide some insight as to why this issue is occurring and how to get around it.

Thankyou for your time.

Figured it out, the file that is exported does not export the Location field, I feel like such a tosser.... Why does Odoo not export all the fields necessary in order to guarantee a successful import ?

I am facing the same problem, have you figured out a solution yet? where can i export the location fields from?

The field needs to contain the following warehouse name eg WH1 with a forward slash next to it and the word STOCK so WH1/Stock. I can't remember if the word stock is in capital or not and my odoo testing instance is off at the moment.

I found the answer by looking at an example company's product movement in inventory.
