In Odoo 13 CE I have a char field in a record that contains a URL. Is there a way to log (e.g. in Chatter) not whether this field was changed but when which user clicked on this URL?

If you want to track link usage, you may want to install Odoo's link tracker app: https://www.odoo.com/page/link-tracker
Maybe you can adapt it for internal use. By default there is no such feature.
Please take some efforts to use a meaningful title and to describe what exactly you want in an understandable way.
