we are a company, which has a relatively small customer base (~50), with which we have long-term relations. There are service subscriptions and one-time orders for physical products.
Right now we're in the process of adopting Odoo V13 and are likely to upgrade to V14 soon.
My task at the moment is to build a website and customer portal. We have direct customers and we have resellers. There is a general pricelist for standard customers and there are reseller-specific pricelists.
I want to build a website, where customers can login, shop our products (based on their respective pricelist), view their contracts and quotes/orders and see their helpdesk tickets. Resellers should have a login which lets them view their customer's orders and also their helpdesk tickets.
Can you point me to resources, where I can learn how to do that? (If it's possible in Odoo?)
I do know about the grant portal access option, but I didn't find a way to customize what can be viewed there and how it is presented.
