if I send a mail from Odoo my MTA receive the messages from a user address like this:
<odoo+35-purchase.order-12@mydomain.de>
Can I (and how) set a specific and constant outgoing email address for all mail's ?

thank you for your help, but both are not affect the sender address seen by the MTA.

Hello Udo,
You can create an automated action on the model Outgoing Mails which will change the "From" attribute (sender address) once an outgoing mail has been created. Create an automated action by going to Settings->Technical->Automated Actions.
Alternatively, if you are using email templates, you can configure the sender email address from the email template. To view all the templates go to Settings->Technical->Templates.
