This happens when I try to click the Duplicate button on database manager page. Here are the logs:

The database you are trying to copy is probably in use. Use the database manager URL  (~/web/database/manager) and first select another database or create a new one if there is not currently another one.

increase max_connections in /etc/postgresql/x.x/main/postgresql.conf
