I did not add any custom code or module in the system.. 

please suggest me an other solution if possible..

Hi,

Did you add any custom code or modules in the system? The error message says that there is a field named effective_date which is used in XML(views) and not defined the same in the model account.payment.


So Please check whether the custom modules and trace which is causing the issue
