Hello everyone,
we realized out emails remain in the email queue indefinitely (for example those who go to the mail queue for new meeting invites). Emails that go out directly to the recipient without going through the mail queue work perfectly fine, only those entering the queue remain pending there in blue.
Automatic is set correctly, every 2mn, and even click on "Run Manually" does't process the queue.
Now, if the user who created the email goes to the queue, clicks on sending this specific email it works (not click on Run Automatically, this doesn't) but if the email is from a different user, it says I don't have the authorization (I am super admin...) to send the email. So I tested the following: add another user as super admin, go to mail queue, and send his own email (which was blocked with the original super admin) and it worked. Meaning 3 things:
Automatic sending through scheduled actions doesn't work
Users (up to super admin) can only go to mail queue to send their own emails manually
There's something wrong there xD

I never had this issue on Odoo 9, I don't understand what's wrong.
