I have been playing with Odoo 10 and I just realised that Work Order and Work Centres are now only available for Enterprise and not for Community. What other features available in Odoo 10 are now moved to Odoo 11 Enterprise ?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project management
- MRP

To enable the Work Center, just enable the feature by checking the "Manage Work Order Operations" for the user under "developer mode"

Here for you.
The "Accounting and Finance" and "Issues Tracking" Apps are also not available for install in Odoo 11. How do i access the Chart of accounts, Journal Entries, etc. and Issues Tracking in Odoo 11 ?
Go to users form view after activating developer mode . Then tick the show the full accounting feature option. Then you can see the chart of accounts and the different reports. But still cant find the journal entries.
Thanks Niyas. The Journal Entries are in Adviser > Accounting Entries > Journal Entries. Since this should be a standard accounting feature, i wonder why they need to be activated under developer mode. Any Idea about the "Issue Tracking" missing app ? Not sure if they are suggesting that we use Project > Task for issue tracking.
Sorry Niyas, I do not have enough karma to convert your comment to answer.
Yeah i just saw it now, i was coming to tell that

Sales dashboard is also removed from the v11.
Sales dashboard is there, not removed.
Sales -> Reporting -> Sales channels
