I switch to Website and add("New") a "New Blog Post". But I cannot link the New Blog Post to Our Blog.
Does somebody know how to link the New Blog Post to Our Blog or how to let other users to open the New Blog Post?

In default blog post will be under the our blog. in case of one or more we have to select the blog while creating post.
While you are creating post from front-end you can select the blog, that you like to create a new post.
