I just would like to clarify if the Point of Sale (POS) Barcode Scanner feature in Odoo 11 Community Edition present and functional. I'm just a bit confused since it is declared in the Compare Odoo Editions page (Enterprise vs. Community // https://www.odoo.com/page/editions) that the barcode support is not featured under the Inventory module of the Community Edition.

Questions:

1. In the Community Edition, is the barcode support under the Point of Sale (POS) enabled? (i.e. Can I use the barcode feature and a barcode scanner to identify the product during a sale in POS module?)

2. In the Community Edition, therefore, the feature that is missing or disabled is the scanning of barcode for inventory and warehouse purposes such as product search and barcode actions (https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/barcodes-for-actions-where-can-i-find-them-118227). Am I correct?
