I have a 500 internal server error, in console log I have following :

Thanks Xavier, but the problem was related to incorrect docker configuration. Now it works fine.

In _my case_ this error was related to user sessions. I've deleted the .sessions file and restarted Odoo.

Your error might be module related, it comes from

class IrModelData(models.Model)

Try to update modules from CLI, something like
sudo odoo odoo -u all -d [your_db_name] --stop-after-init
