I get the following error when I try to generate the pdf balance report : Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token T in JSON at position 0 trying to generate the balance report

I have already doubled the CPU and the RAM of our AWS EC2 instance (it is a m3.large now) and increased the limit_time_cpu, limit_time_real = 240, limit_memory_hard = 5368709120 and limit_memory_soft = 4294967296 accordingly without succes.
