Odoo 10 - Set up balance for a new bank account

Dear Odoo community
We install a fresh new Odoo 10 version, the Charts of Accounts are setup and now we would like to fill our bank accounts with the current balance for each of them.
We try to use Odoo on our new fiscal year which mean fresh install.
We've tried to make a Journal Entry but we can't put unbalanced value inside our account. I've searched some information around but it is all based on Odoo 8 or 9 with a Journal Entry dedicated for Opening Balance that I can't find in Odoo 10

My main issue is that , as I need to have it balanced in the Journal Entry, I will have a debit line somewhere. We do an fresh install of Odoo and we already have financial assets.
Is there any way of putting only Credit as Opening Entry into the journal ?

You can do this from Journal Entry, select different account as credit and bank account as debit, then the entries will be balanced
