By default none. Odoo does not know the concept of business/opening hours at all. Would be a good idea to provide a community module to introduce this concept in a generic way to Odoo :-)
Thank you very much for your fast reply! My abilities for such a development are not given, but maybe there is a specialist for somewhere in the world of Odoo .... ;-)
