When notifications are sent during invoicing, orders, and purchasing, we want the the name that is displayed in front of the email address to be "No Reply", "Invoicing Dept", "Customer Service". 

What we are seeing is that the value is tied to the user who performs the action. For example, if John Doe processes an invoice, the email notification sent to the customer shows it was sent from "John Doe" <notifications@domain.com>. It is the "John Doe" portion that we want to change
