Hi,

in CRM Module , upon creation of opportunity account manager and technical manager should be notified.

can any one give me a filter code for this

For the notification you can set the "Automated Actions" as shown in the following screenshot:

thanks i have created one , but am not receiving any mails when i create one record

what should i need to give here

Match records with the following rule:

Opportunity

= 0

right now its looking like this but not sending any mails
