The fact is not all employee are user in an odoo instance that I know by a customer of mine.

But we need to follow his time spent on projects as the job is plumbery. Each employee write reports that a secretary write in odoo.

How to proceed as I don't see anything else than "user" in timesheet?

Why don't you want to create a user account so things remain easy  ?

Because my customer doesn't want a new licence for a user who don't connect him self

Odoo has to live and make money ;-)
More seriously, you wouldn't have the problem on Odoo community, would you ?

More seroiusly, it s the same thing in odoo community. I have a docker on my mac for test purpose and yes, in odoo community, it's also a "user" which is the reference. That's an error IMHA because most off the company i know dont have to give access to their ERP to all their employees.

Because it is in the community apps, I think their is a mean to change that more easily but it's a big work to do and test.
