I would like to develop additional modules in Odoo for managing the administration of a non-profit organization.
Many additional fields on top of the contact details are needed for their operations. They also need a lot of extra reporting.
This organization has many private members whose membership fees are collected each month via SEPA recurring payments, which they need to be able to manage, initiate, and follow up on with the software.
Furthermore, they would like to register their helpdesk actions based on thir membership database. Emails from Office 365 can be linked to actions, etc.
In my opinion, much of this is already present in Odoo.
Starting from Odoo Community. Which data objects are present? What can be built on? Which approach do you think is best?
I have over 20 years of programming experience, but not in Odoo.
