The replenish button doesn't work because it can't find a replenish route for my product even though there is a Manufacturing one defined for its category.
The message indicates that it is looking for a route in a location that is not the one where I manufacture, though. Where is the replenish target destination defined?

what do u mean by customer is the main company
The partner that was selected as a customer for the sale was the same as the main company in Odoo(the company that is the system owner as explained by Mindaugas Paulauskas)
product is on sales order? on confirm you get this error?
usually it is because on sales order as customer you put main company(company who is system owner). check this. if no, more details.
