i have a problem, when i go to see Meet our community members I cannot see any member on the leaderboard, even there is not my name, how to solve it?

it is solved, the problem was due to that I could use the page as I am admin of the page I could join the course and finish it, there was enough karma to get my name into leaderboard but due to the course page was not published, my name wasn't appearing in the leaderboard page, after I published page of course from website, successfully my name appeared in the leaderboard.

The leader board is based on the points or Karma. You would be able to validate if any have been awarded
Setting > Gamification > Karma Tracking (menu is visible only on developer mode)

Edit the course
Set the required Karma on the Karma tab
from another database it doesn't have any problem and it shows my name but in this database it doesn't show my name
Quite likely no karma has been defined or earned. You can set that by defining goals, challenges or from elearning courses or forums
how can I define them? I published a course on the website, I joined and finished the course but still there is no name in the leaderboard.
Have updated the answer.
Also do validate the status of attendees to courses (Reporting > Attendees)
I checked it doesn't have any problem with karma, i have joined the course and finished the course, but my name is not in the leaderboard
If the issue is not with Karma, then I would check if the profile is set as public.
I found the solution, the problem was not with karma, the problem was with the course page, there is only one course on my website, I hadn't published the course website page that why leaderboard was empty, I published the website page of the course I had joined then immediately my name appeared. thanks
