Can anyone help me?

After making website go live with our own domain, we received our first website order. Order was received but it did not automatically proceed to invoice stage. I had set that in the settings. When I progressed the sale to invoice stage I received an error when I tried to print the invoice. I tested all of this prior to making the website go live and now it doesn't seem to be working. Can't produce invoice.

Any help would be appreciated as I can't really wait for 2-3 days for support to get back to me.
