When using the Next Order Coupons I have a pre-set requirement for the coupon code creation.

The roadblock i am experiencing is in the emailing of the coupon code to the customer.

  • If in the communication tab i have the email set to "at creation" the email is sent as soon as One of the requirements are met, however as is expected the coupon will not work as the customer has not reached the points needed to use it.
  • If i change the communication to "When reached" the customer does not receive an email when the first product is purchased (Good), but then when they amass the proper points needed to achieve the coupon, the system is not emailing the code. (bad).

My question is; what does "when reached" do? and why am i not being able to control when the coupon is sent to the customer?

Thanks,

"When Reached" means:

The reward rule determines when and how the customer is notified about the coupon.

Supposed to email when reward conditions are fully met.

The coupon is emailed only after the full reward condition is satisfied , ie, after the customer reaches the required threshold (eg, amount spent, loyalty points).

As shown in the image, the customer should have reached this limit to send the mail.

We hope this helps! In case you need further assistance- you can reach out to us!
