We have some small problem, we use the ecommerce site of Odoo and want to give new users that make an account an automatic discount for the first order.

I checked the promotion program and I think we can use this, but on this moment it is giving all users the discount. So how can I make the "based on Customers" Following Rule, only for new signed in Users?

Or if somebody have other ideas please let me know, Thank you in advance.
