We are working on Odoo 10 Enterprise.
We are using Odoo to manage our emails (sales & after sales).
We have configured multiple alias that are all check in the same mail mailbox called erp@domain which is also the generic email adress in the Sales configuration module.
My problem is that:
- if somebody send an email to sav@domain: it's going to create a record in Ticket but it also creates a new record in Sales (in the pipeline with the alias contact.b2c).
Do somebody can explain me why ?
